When you do everything you're supposed to, and it all comes to naught. Or worse, you do what you're supposed to and somehow make everything worse. Do me a favor, and when you can see that people are only trying to do the right thing, be kind to them. Don't tear them apart because things didn't go the way you want and you somehow think they're to blame.
